The building is modern, still well tied in to the surrounding by the form and selection of traditional materials. The house is located on a large plot of land with easy access to public transport or a quick drive to Gothenburg, next to forest and characteristics coastal landscape. 

The design is modern, yet inspired by the traditional form and styles of the surrounding houses. The home is designed to suit the large family. The layout allows the five bedrooms to be more private and separated from the remaining house. Kitchen, dining and living areas are all connected to form big open spaces with generous ceiling heights. Windows stretching from floor to ridge height are letting natural light flow through the house.
